If
you worked in California as a delivery driver or route sales representative for Bimbo Bakeries USA at any time between December
2002 and now, there is a settlement of a class action lawsuit pending in the the United States District Court for the Northern
District of California which affects your rights. The deadline to submit a claim is May 7, 2010.

CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MAY 7, 2010. THE CASES: Two class actions
lawsuits were filed in Superior Court against Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. on behalf of its California delivery drivers and
sales route representatives. The cases were later removed to federal court and consolidated, and are now entitled “In
re BIMBO BAKERIES USA FLSA ACTIONS” (Case No. C-05-0829-JW,) comprised of the cases Leonard v. Bimbo Bakeries USA,
Inc. and Morrison v. Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc., Case No. C-07-03156 JW. The lawsuits seek unpaid overtime compensation for
hours work in excess of 40 per week, as well as unpaid wages and other damages relating to lunch breaks and paid ten minute
rest breaks during shifts of 3 1/2 hours or more.THE CLASS AND TIME PERIOD: The class members include: "all
persons who were on the payroll of BBU for at least one day during the applicable Class Period employed in the position of
Route Sales Representative and/or substantially similar jobs (e.g., relief/vacation Route Sales Representative, or route sales
extra) in the State of California." The class period is February 25, 2001 through February 11, 2010.THE DEADLINE
